Shader Sprites/Default shader is not supported on this GPU iPad 8th Gen iOS 14.5

Hello,

Unity 2020.3.12f1 Xcode 12.5.1

iPad 8th Gen iOS 14.5 Build product is black

There is nothing special in the scene except UI elements, images, text.

I've tested the build and it works no problem on iPhone and/or on Android. However when it gets to tablet in this case an iPad the screen remains black/blank.

I have tried: - Changing from built in to Universal Render Pipeline - Changing from Gamma to Linear

The same errors occur (except a bit more in URP), also on my main scene I use TextMesh Pro so there are errors on that as well.

Could really use the help in solving this mystery I've spent too much time on it and running out of ideas already.
