My Game mode and Build and run give different results.

I made a camera with 2 buttons, Turn On and Switch Camera. The Camera works fine when run in game mode. It switches from my webcam to both my front and back cam of my android device but when I build and run, the buttons don't respond on my device. Anyone that had faced the same issue before.
