Fail to install Unity Editor using by UnityHUB in Window

Hello

I have a problem to install Unity Editor in My computer using by Unity Hub. my computer os in windows 10 and the version want to install is 2020.3.0f1

when install is finished, 2020.3.0f1 is removed from Unity HUB Editor list and editor folder only remain Uninstall.exe even if During the installation process there is another files!

several times i reinstall the Unity HUB and 2020.3.0f1, but I can't fix this

of course I can install using by unsing download archive. but I do that, i can't add any module using by Unity Hub or other

How can i fix it?
