Your organization has been locked
We have the following problem. A message is displayed in the Unity Ads account:
Your organization has been locked Your organization appears to have exhibited behaviour that violates Unity's Terms of Service. If this is a mistake please contact unityads-support@unity3d.com
We have no violations, we try to comply with all the rules and recommendations.
The next day, we wrote in support asking for help. In response, we received a template letter. It says that the organization is blocked for invalid activity. But none of the members of our team deliberately clicked on their ads. I ask for help. What should we do in this situation?
