How to hide banner ads correctly?
Hi,
i have two game scenes MainScreen -> should show banner ads and PlayScreen. -> should NOT show banner ads
So I created a gameobject with a script attached and set a bool bannerIsVisible to true (MainScreen) or false (PlayScreen). Like this:
if (bannerIsVisible)
{
StartCoroutine(ShowBannerWhenInitialized());
}
If I directly started PlayScreen the banner ads are NOT shown...as aspected. But: As soon as the banner ads are shown once (showing MainScreen, switching back to PlayScreen), they will never disappear and show up on every scene the game is loading. So I have to destroy them manually in Start() for example.
The question Is this something like "dontdestroyonload" and therefor expected behavior?
