How to I get user's email adress with Unity analytics Events
I believe you can create a custom event that sends the user's email. But in order to access all emails collected, you would have to have a Unity pro subscription and download the raw data from your analytics.

I just realized that you cannot collect personal informations through events. See: https://forum.unity.com/threads/raw-data-export-gdpr-changes.532687/
