Question by unity_NagarjunaTimuz · Jul 01, 2020 at 06:45 PM · serviceinapp purchaseorganization

Unity 2019.2.21f Under Services Tab, the “Select organization” is empty despite being logged in and having organizations setup online

Under the services tab, the "select organization" dropdown is empty. I also added a new organization and project from the web site but this also doesn't show up even if I click the "I already have a Unity Project ID" link. I've logged off and back in on the Unity GUI client to no avail.

I Had Same problem, But I solved it. (I'm not good at English, But I'll Try ! (feat. Google Translate))

First, Go to https://id.unity.com/ site -> Login with your account

Second, Click My Account > Privacy (Maybe, It'll be on the left. ) then, there will be an "Editor". And There is a Button(Blue Text "Edit Your Privacy Setting") next to it. click this.

Third, then, A Popup Window will appear. Clcik the "Change Status" and Close your Unity Editor and Unity Hub

Forth, Open your Unity Hub. There are Projects waiting to be Downloaded from the Cloud. Click it and select the local Project you want to link.

End!

Pleas, I hope this works for you too!

This didn't work for me. I tried flipping between opt-in/opt-out but I never go something to "download" from the cloud and my organization drop-down never filled.

I have the exact same issue. Clicking "Change Status" didn't work for me, even after restarting. I am logged in, I have an organization, and there are no organizations available in the dropdown.

I posted this as a bug to Unity and they confirmed that it is an issue they are aware of.

The issue can be tracked here: https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/1260030

If you have this same issue, please click on the link above and vote on it!

Unity says that the issue has been resolved but for people still using unity 2019, a workaround is to enable the collab feature. This will create a project automatically for you and link it. You can then turn the feature and you should have all the services show up in the inspector tab.

You can do that, and use this temp project to copy the following keys from your ProjectSettings.asset

cloudProjectId: projectName: organizationId:

Copy and paste those 3 keys to your unity 2019's ProjectSettings.asset (down the bottom, the key already exist). Then close the services tabs from the editor, reopen it and voila!
