Did i got banned from Unity Dashboard?
It always says: Something went wrong We weren't able to retrieve the resource you requested. Make sure the URL you provided is correct, and that your internet connection is OK.
I cant access project, monetization etc.
If I press F12 and go to the console it says this: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

An HTTP error of 5XX indicates an internal server error. This could have various reasons. Usually if there's an authentication issue or some other known error state you should get a 4XX error. Though due to a bug on the server side it's possible that an error occurs on the server side and generates an internal server error. The exact reason is difficult to pin down. It's also possible that a part of the website is undergoing maintenance and a sub system is currently offline. So the general recommendation is: Try again in a few minutes / in a few hours. I never used the dashboard, but it's also possible that your login has expired and you just need to log in again. Most AJAX / ansynchonous requests can't properly handle an expired login. Reloading the page should help in such cases.
Apart from all this UA is a Q&A site about game and application development with the Unity engine and not a support forum. If you have issues with a Unity service, you should contact the support after an appropriate delay.
