What do i do if a message pops up saying that the server is unresponsive when i try to sign in
Every time I try to sign in to the unity hub a message pops up at the bottom of the page saying that "The server is currently unresponsive."
Did you ever get this resolved as I am having the same problem. In my case I can see that I'm having a problem due to being on an enterprise VPN. I can see in the Unity Hub logs the following errors.
{"moduleName":"LocalConfig","level":"info","message":"[ 'Failed to refresh data, fallback to default data. Reason: unable to get local issuer certificate' ]","timestamp":"2020-07-28T15:32:52.677Z"}
{"moduleName":"Releases","level":"info","message":"[ 'Failed to refresh data, fallback to default data. Reason: unable to get local issuer certificate' ]","timestamp":"2020-07-28T15:32:52.724Z"}
{"moduleName":"Auth","level":"warn","message":"[ 'Something went wrong while refreshing the access token, gonna retry on next token check' ]","timestamp":"2020-07-28T15:32:52.759Z"}
I haven't been able to find a solution to adding the necessary certificate for the Unity Hub. Though I have been able to resolve a similar issue following network certificate steps for the Unity IDE and Package $$anonymous$$anager.
