I left my computer running with unity and went AFK for 5 and my computer is almost unresponsive.

I left my computer running with just unity and chrome (1 tab) open for FIVE minutes and when I come back (I am not kidding when I say this) it was and still is Just about almost unresponsive. I noticed even though I have turned of auto generation for lighting it was also generating lighting.

This has been happening since I first used unity (over a year) and enough is enough. what the "heck" is going on?

Keep in mind I am using a HAND BUILT CUSTOM GAMING PC. Here are my specs:

MD Ryzen 3 2200G Processor with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics (CPU)

EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (GPU)

2TB HDD

Asus B350M TUF GAMING (Motherboard)

Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 Memory (RAM)
