Unity Mediation Plug-In breaks the game with infinite Resolving Android Dependencies

Hello, I have quite a strange issue. I have followed the official Google AdMob documentation to achieve mediation with Unity and everything has worked perfectly for four networks.

----- developers.google.com/admob/unity/mediation/unity When I reached the moment to add UnityAds to the mediation I reached a wall. My last step is to import the GoogleMobileAdsUnityAdsMediation unity package and import it into my project. The package is acquired from here: ----- https://bintray.com/google/mobile-ads-adapters-unity/GoogleMobileAdsUnityAdsMediation#files/GoogleMobileAdsUnityAdsMediation/1.0.0

The problem is that after I import this package, the Unity Editor opens two windows with the Headline: Resolving Android Dependencies, and they just stay there and never fill up. The editor is responsive, however, it never actually resolves the dependencies. After integrating four networks I am sure I did things right.
