My Advertisement is not show in my Apps - Only the "Personalized Placement Test"

Question

Hi guys.

I post an App for iOS and Android including Unity Ads. After several days, it's only presenting an image with "Personalized Placement Test" message instead of an actual Ad.

I checked that my Ads project is NOT in Test Mode. Also I confirmed that the correct Placements IDs were assigned for Android and iPhone.

I only have Two placement actives -which are the ones that Unity present as default- and one inactive -that was a test of mine-.

Any ideas of what could be happening.

I upload a new version of our game just to confirm that everything was set the way it must be. But I still have the same issue. Any ideas?
