Building 3d brain like synapses and neuronstrings? Asset?

Hey guys, I am currently trying to acomplish an idea of a 3d neuron network, like it is in the human brain. I want it to be generated and expanded by code. So I have seen a couple of assets that make building lines and shapes pretty easy but I was wondering if anyone of you can recommend an asset that can build some more biological and dynamic forms and shapes like in this image
