How to decrease Android build time and bypass "Compiling Shader Variants" when adding a new scene

Hello,

I have just upgraded from Unity 2017.3 to Unity 2018.1.2f1 and the build time for the Android Platform increased considerably -15 to 20 minutes.

When building the project "Compiling Shader Variants" takes a lot to complete and goes trough tens of thousands of variants. Next build will be considerably faster (2 minutes) as long as I don't add any other scene to the Build list.

Maybe I am doing something wrong. The question is how can I decrease the Android build time and make it as fast as in 2017.3.
