Meta files missing in HDRP package
Hello.
Basically I have upgraded my project to HDRP, and then this error happens: 
Basically, some .meta files in library are, due to an unknow reason, not generated. I have tried to:
- Reinstall the package
- Delete library
- Reimport all assets
None works.
What worked? Creating the .meta by hand and then reimporting. The problem: after closing and reopening Unity, those metas are again missing.
What is causing this?
Using HDRP in Unity 2019.3.09b
