UIElement is not compatible with IMGUI GUIClips, only GUIClip.ParentClipScope

hi i have started working on my previous game which is made in unity 2 version Now when i iopen with latest version of Unity it gives me this error UIElement is not compatible with IMGUI GUIClips, only GUIClip.ParentClipScope When i click on the error it's not redirecting me to any script or object Secondly all the scripts attached are giving warning messages Most of the warning messages are from facebook integration code as many things are obsolete in the new version. Any suggestions what to do I need help as a lot of things change
