sprite skin swap doesn't update until i hit inspector (with video)

Sorry for my bad english but i cant find answer anywhere so i have to ask here. The sprite skin swap isnt working proprly in my project and each part of body does swap only with inspector open with selected part. I dont know why it doesn't update automatically when i am in the play mode . Here you have a video about this problem Sprite skin swap not working properly - unity
