Unity face lighting face issue: Making lit faces darker and unlit faces brighter

I'm currently developing a voxel editor in unity for unity devs. One problem tho is unity lights, they end up making some faces too dark and other too bright.
I would like to make bright faces darker and dark faces brighter, how can I make that?
