How to Build and re-scale walls in runtime

Hi,

i'm very poor in coding and need some help here..

i want to add a square room and scale each wall with dimensions input, also want to resize them with anchor points.

something like this: is there any asset which allow me do all these in runtime? or, any inputs on positioning/scaling walls with their anchor points in runtime? All these things, i want to do it in 3D (Basically, it can be cubes)
