How to make a game like Would you Rather??

I want to change just the text of the button when a button is clicked.... All these should be offline... And how to get the text from a txt file or xml file

The concept is --Game will ask a question with two choices After the user answers it will go to next question

The choices will be The button text After the user clicks The next two question should appear
