Text Mesh and Text Mesh Pro invisible
Hey all, 
I was trying to make damage pop-up numbers for my 2D top down shooter and all the tutorials I followed used text mesh pro. I created a empty game object and added the text mesh pro component, however nothing showed up in game or scene view, even when I input some text; I can only see the orange outline when I click it. The exact same thing happens with the old text mesh. I can only see the outline in scene view when clicked on and I can't see it at all normally in scene or game view. I am using the universal render pipeline for reference and there are no scripts applied; just a new game object with TMP or TM
Any help making the text show would be appreciated.
It was a render order issue
