How to create a private chat between 2 players in Unity mirror?

Hi, I am looking to build a chat interface between 2 players in a multiplayer Unity/mirror game. where one player picks another player and start chatting with this specific player while other players in the room can't see that chat. appreciate you guiding me to a full tutorial as i am new to scripting and unity.

I found a lot on room chatting where players of that room can see and participate in that chat, but none on how to create a 1 to 1 chat.
