i need help with uGUI Scrollview!!!

Hello,

the task is this: I need to implement a primitive vertical scrollview, top players(image element, for example), in which one element highlighted in green should not hide behind the content mask when scrolling, but somehow stick to the upper or lower border of the scrollview when scrolling.
