Game crashes on certain Android phones

Hey guys,

My game works fine when it runs on my Note 3, but when I try to play it on a Nexus 4 running Lollipop or a HTC One M8 running Kit Kat it crashes after I hit Play in my main menu! It freezes for a second and then crashes!

Has anyone experienced similar issues, or is there any way I can troubleshoot this?? My game is already in the Play Store so I need this to be fixed ASAP!
