Can't install windows and mac modules on linux
I want to build my game to mac so my friend can play it but when I want to install the modules it doesn't install it. It goes throught the installation procces but it doesn't show that it's installed. I tried installing a new version of Unity and when I want to add more modules windows and mac are checked but they are blue. Does anyone know how to fix this. I am using the Unity appimage if you need this info.
You cant build mac applications on linux or windows unless you are virtualising OSX on them using a VM (this is only going to get more painful now they are jumping ship to RISC).
Either way you need a mac in some sense.
There are online build tools that allow you to setup build/ release pipelines and whilst I dont know any that are free most are cheaper than buying a new mac.
