Install failed with Unity 2021+
Unity Hub installs editor 2020 but refuses to install 2021 and up.
The difference in the logs is only in these lines:

That is, for some reason he does not connect to his ipc server. I fixed the installation error by transferring the modules.json file from 2020.
But as a solution, it’s not good (and I’m not sure that it will download modules from 2021 version in this case, is that so? )
