Question by Tiago 2 · Jul 12, 2010 at 11:57 PM · audiomovietextureasync

movie texture with syncronyzed audio

i am using a movie texture to show a movie with sound, and i start playing it on the OnGUI() function after the drawTexture instruction and next line e play the correspondent audioClip, but what happens is that the audio and the movie don't play synchronized, they have more less 0.5 seconds delay between them. Is there something that i have to do in order to the movie and the sound play correctly?? thanks

Are you sure your movie's sound isn't desynchronized? Play it externally using a video player and see if it's desynchronized there.

I had a very small delay also. I did a 1 frame delay, where the first frame I did .Play() then .Pause() on both video and audio, and the next frame, in OnGUI I did Play for both. I now have what seems to be perfect sync.
