Question about the combination of transparent materials and light

Hi,

I'm using Unity 2018.3 and for a very long time now I was wondering how you can achieve that any kind of light will pass throw a transparent material.

e.g.: A room with a big window during dawn should be lighten by the sun. Unfortunately, Unity will keep the room black as you can see on the pictures.

How can I make the room filled with some light?
