Decompression Error

Hey guys, when I try to import packages (both from the asset store and those I have downloaded off the internet) I get this error,"Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package". Could anyone help me with this? Is it just because I'm at school (this is a school project)? Or is something else wrong?
