installed unity 5.2.3 now I cant decompress any packages. What is going on?...im new to this.

bought many environments and none of them will decompress. I install the new unity version and now having all kinds of issues. Do I uninstall and reinstall 5.1?

I reverted back to Unity 5.1.3 and now all environments decompress. Just in case anyone else has this issue.
