              Bad artifacts with Multi Scale Volumetric Obscurance
Using Multi Scale Volumetric Obscurance with built-in render pipeline causes really ugly horizontal lines, which are visible all over the post processing layer. Does anyone know any way to fix it? The issue is more prominet in 4K resolution than in 1080p. RX 580/Windows 10
