Manually/script created 3D texture MIP maps are broken after 2019.3.7f1

I have tried updating Unity a couple times, most recently to 2019.4.7f1 from 2019.3.7f1 and have found that my manually/script created 3D Mip maps do not function correctly (strange quadrant divisions as though they are offset by ~0.5f in some direction(s) from the original LOD0 map). Does anyone know if this was caused by a bug fix and I should alter my code to create the Mips differently or if these were broken and I should wait for a different update?
