Password policy is so annoying.
I forgot my password and try changing the password , but I can't reset the past password. I know that is secure issue, but I think this is too strict. Could Unity allow that reset the duplicate password of legacy?

Sorry to necro the thread but this is driving me up the wall and is souring my entire Unity experience. I've gone through like 5-6 passwords with Unity because of this rule. Does this mean Unity stores my old passwords? Why should the rule include passwords that have been used at ANY point in the past and not just the last one? Unity please change this, and while you're at it change the password character rules. Y'all know it does not make the password any more secure, right?
