Does Unity support the Bamboo pen and touch tablet?

I want to know if Unity supports the Bamboo pen and touch tablet as I am planning to make a game, where the user is given a word or a letter on screen and the user uses the tablet to trace over the word/ letter.

If not are there any tablets that Unity does support?
