The mp4 file is not imported into the streamingAssets folder.
I use unity 5.5
The mp4 file is not imported into the streamingAssets folder.
In folders other than StreamingAssets, mp4 file is imported as movie texture. However, it is not imported from the StreamingAssets folder.
In Splugins Movie Texture, movie texture must be in StreamingAssets.
Movie texture imported outside StreamingAssets will not be reimported when moved to StreamingAssets.
What should I do?
plz help me T_T

You need to convert your video to Ogg Theora format. That's the only format Unity supports at runtime, as stated at https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-MovieTexture.html
This may be so, however, note I have a similar issue where an mp4 cannot be imported anywhere as an asset. The unity manual states that mp4 is supported and can be used as an asset. I converted the mp4 to OGG and it is still not working. I am using the free licence version of Unity (up to date) and I am wondering if there is a restriction to the file sizes even though this is merely a 150 $$anonymous$$B file. Thanks for reading :)
