Can I create a segment that only includes new users?

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to read this.

My goal is to make a test using the A/B Testing Service + Unity Analytics Remote Settings.

What I'm trying to do is to create an experiment with a new segment that only includes new users, so those users that already have installed the app doesn't enter in this segment. How can I do that?

There is any method to deliver a 50% version A, 50% version B only to new users ?
