iOS playing audio from Documents folder

Hi

I'm trying to play an audio clip, saved in a subfolder in the documents folder. In the editor everything works fine. On the iPad, there's no www.error in the test message, and the url ("

Have you tried with "file:///"? See my answer.

It seems to be a bug in Unity 4.3.4 …

Addition: The bug was solved in 4.5. Everything works well now.

I have a feeling it may be the way the audio file is being called:

I have tested this in the Editor and on the iPhone and both are playing any songs in the music folder

Intresting solution Thank you! The described problem was caused by a bug in 4.3 wich is now solved in 4.5.
