Noticed more ad impressions than ad requests.
I just noticed that some countries, having high ECPM than others, often have more ad impressions than ad requests. How is this even possible? Here is an example. If the fill rate is 100%, it means that every time there was a request to show an ad, the ad was shown, i.e. counting it as an impression. As seen, USA has almost double impressions than requests, which I can't quite understand, since it does NOT work that way. This has to be a bug. Searched on google many times, but to to no avail.
