Unload an Advertisement Unit?
I am implementing Unity Advertisements in an existing project. We still need to do a memory saving pass and this is still fairly early in the PoC phase for now so I am looking at some rough and ready prototypes of ideas. This being said the game runs on iOS test device, just scraping under the memory limit.
With an ad unit configured in the menu for testing, that all works fine, however the loading of the ad unit is just pushing the memory foot print over the limit. Is there any (ideally nice) way of me nuking the ad unit from memory after it has been loaded without showing it even.
I would like to load the unit so it's ready should the player wish to view, but if they go to gameplay, it gets nuked and it's memory freed.
