Remotely hosting a multiplayer game instance, host-client not peer-to-peer

Is there a way to host all multiplayer games on my server, rather than forcing a client to host and others join? There's a number of benefits to this, but i wondered if it's possible at all, even if it means using a commercial plugin?

Edit: That's just one option. It's a pretty popular one, i think. Really you should be googling and researching this yourself. Unity Answers doesn't tell me what kind of game you're making let alone if the things we recommend might help you. There's a lot of things to consider. http://unity3d.com/ Should have been my first answer as it's capable of both Host/Client and P2P.
