What is the Unity version in which New network system is announced after replacing UNet

Hi, Here, it still says that new system is in under development. while, Here, at the end of the page, The figure says in 2020 there will beta version available for this new Network System.

I am totally confused, Either this is in development or it is completed. If it is completed & announced, please tell me, from which version of unity, It has been introduced?

ps: I am totally new here to unity for networking & Multiplayer, Just starting learning things. & got confused at this point.
