Problem installing unity 2018.4 for lessons
I am unable to force a 2018.4 installation. I followed the directions in the video exactly and ended up with 2019.3 and no matter what I do I can not force it to do a fresh install of 2018.4
I was able to add 2018.4 to my 2019.3 install with install->add but when I try to play the microgame platform it wants to use 2019 not 2018. I completely uninstalled everything and tried again and it again installed 2019.3. I went into the archive and force downloaded 2018.4 but then the microgame platform says its already installed and says I have to download 2019 to open it.
Its really frustrating, I am on step 4 of the webinar and the instructions on the actual installation are quite general and assumes you have already done stuff and skips over the generals like specifically installing 2018.4! I removed everything and started from scratch following the video and still ended up with 2019!!!!!!!
Please help, I want to get caught up on the videos but I cant move on if I cant get into the microgame for the lesson.
