Frequently getting "Missing Project ID" - every 12 hours or so when building

About once or twice per workday, when I hit Build I get a popup saying "Missing Project ID." If I ignore this and answer "Yes" to "Do you want to continue," the build works fine but Unity Services (crash reports, user error reporting) don't work in the build.

I can fix this easily - I open Project Settings, click "Services," and it automatically reconnects and fixes the issue.

It's super annoying - anybody else encounter this issue? Is it fixed in newer, non-LTS versions of Unity?

I'm on 2020.3.31f1.
