Locomtion System with platforms

When a character stands on a platform that moves up and down, then locomotion system moves the legs as if the character walks up and down a stair. Is it possible to overcome this issue, e.g. by configuring locomotion system not to make step-corrections when standing on objects that belong to a certain layer?
