How to generate heatmaps without Unity Analytics
Hello I am very new to Unity and C sharp. I am working on an eye tracking HMD and I am unable to figure out how to generate heatmaps or change the color of a specific area of a gameobject (quad for example). I wanted to know how can I do this. what will i need an order to color the object. I can get the position of where the eyes look. but what I cant figure out is how to pass those positions to generate heatmaps. I would really appreciate your help. I dont know what are the requirements to color a specific area of gameobject.
Note: I have checked http://www.alanzucconi.com/2016/01/27/arrays-shaders-heatmaps-in-unity3d/#more-2003 but couldnt figure out how can I pass positions as I dont really have any length for the vector I am just getting the values directly from eye rays. Thank you
