How do I make collisions where both objects are moving but pass through each other?

Basically I'm trying to make Frogger, and I'm getting to the point where I want my player to land on some logs and "move" with them. Both the "Kinematic" and "Dynamic" body types for RigidBodies involve a physical collision, and "Static" makes it so the objects can't move. For a start here, I want the game to register that my player is colliding with the log but the log passes "through" the player, but I'm not sure how I would go about doing this.

Set the logs colliders as triggers (tick the box) then use OnTriggerEnter() to detect collition
