Settings Bug?

Failed to find:metroUnprocessedPlugins UnityEditor.PlayerSettingsEditor:OnEnable()

the error,what is this,and by the way,im new to unity and i need some help from the pro's or whatever knowledge :)

ignore the Xbox bit, look at the bottom; you have any plug-ins like that?

I had that plugin (or a similar one) in another project. But I have the same issue in another project where the plugin/ doesn't even exist.
