NuGet Package not working (Algorand)

I am trying to install Algorand to use in Unity. I am getting an error from the Unity console "The type or namespace name 'Algorand' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?", however I am getting no errors from visual studio and Algorand and all its dependencies are showing in the project references. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Unity and Visual Studio and tried installing the package in many different ways but I can't find a fix for this anywhere online.
