Terrain Being Buggy

Hi there! I've been using unity for a while, and I know quite a bit about glitches, but this is like nothing I've seen before. I turned on baked lighting temporarily, and then turned it off. As I did that, all my grass and shadows disappeared (I know its still there because water in my scene is reflecting it), and all my textures got super low resolution. Please help, and fast! I have to turn in this file by tomorrow!
