Shadows Messed Up After Using Realtime GI

After turning realtime GI on directional shadows randomly change resolution as I look up or down no matter what shadow quality I set. I also tried to create a new scene but that doesn't help, in fact, directional light shadows affect pretty much any other scene.

Only starting a compeletely new project and avoiding Realtime GI button helps but that's not a good choice since starting big projects over and over... well you know.
